چکیده

Requirement Engineering (RE) plays an important role for a success or failure of the product and is recognised as most critical factor in entire software development process. Inconsistencies and terminology conflicts are one of the major problems in information management Applications. Knowledge management is a difficult and complex process. To build the accurate and reliable Knowledge based information system Requirement Engineering Activities must be integrate , combined and improved by new knowledge Management and representation techniques. The purpose of this paper is to present the model of knowledge base requirement engineering Approach using Ontology.

Designing an Ontology for Knowledge Discovery in Iran’s Vaccine

Ontology is a requirement engineering product and the key to knowledge discovery. It includes the terminology to describe a set of facts, assumptions, and relations with which the detailed meanings of vocabularies among communities can be determined. This is a qualitative content analysis research. This study has made use of ontology for the first time to discover the knowledge of vaccine in Ir...

Managing Requirement Volatility in an Ontology-Driven Clinical LIMS Using Category Theory

Requirement volatility is an issue in software engineering in general, and in Web-based clinical applications in particular, which often originates from an incomplete knowledge of the domain of interest. With advances in the health science, many features and functionalities need to be added to, or removed from, existing software applications in the biomedical domain. At the same time, the incre...

Knowledge Management Using MODEL-ECS

Knowledge is the fundamental resource that allows us to function intelligently. Similarly, organisations (i.e., enterprises) typically use different types of knowledge to enhance their performance. Task ontology modelling is the key to corporate knowledge management via modelling shareable and reusable knowledge bases. The mapping between the domain specific task ontology, and the domain indepe...

Context-aware Modeling for Spatio-temporal Data Transmitted from a Wireless Body Sensor Network

Context-aware systems must be interoperable and work across different platforms at any time and in any place. Context data collected from wireless body area networks (WBAN) may be heterogeneous and imperfect, which makes their design and implementation difficult. In this research, we introduce a model which takes the dynamic nature of a context-aware system into consideration. This model is con...

Knowledge Change Management and Analysis for Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Environments

Multi-Disciplinary Engineering (MDEng) environments involve a wide range of models, processes and tools that were not designed to cooperate together. The Ontology-Based Information Integration (OBII) approach has been proposed to address the integration issue within such environments. However, knowledge changes management and analysis (KCMA) process within the environment are not covered within...
